Bokkerieje RUN Walking event

On Saturday 25 May, the second edition of the Bokkerieje RUN will take place: a fun and sporty run for charity! The course goes through the city centre of Maaseik and the picturesque Aldeneik and Heppeneert. This sporty event offers participants the opportunity to discover the city and its surroundings in a unique way, but is also a great way to meet other sporty people and enjoy a sporty atmosphere.
Participants have a choice of three different distances: 1.6 km, 6 km and 12 km. The shortest distance of 1.6km is perfect for the whole family, so that even the youngest can participate.

The route of the upcoming Bokkerieje RUN will pass through several buildings in the city. Running through the buildings adds an extra dimension to the Bokkerieje Run. It will offer an adventurous and exciting running experience to the participants.

There will be run without time registration and no distinction will be made between experienced and amateur runners, everyone can participate and have fun!
Fringe entertainment will be provided on Maaseik's Market Square. This will allow supporters to encourage the runners and enjoy music and performances.
