This 41 km cycling route leads you to our pride in Kinrooi, the asparagus, the white gold! Every year from mid-April to mid-June, you can enjoy delicious, field-grown asparagus. Follow the nodes and discover the vast asparagus fields!
A taste of a "meuledröpke" and a delicious ice cream are also part of the package.

Asparagus route + E-car
Don't feel like cycling or is 40 km too far? Then discover the asparagus route with the Kinrooise E-car! This way you can still enjoy the vast asparagus fields and Kinrooise nature.
For entertainment, you can take part in a quiz along the way. Pay attention, as the answers can be found on the route. Along the way, another asparagus snack awaits at an asparagus farm.

Asparagus route + e-scooter
Enjoy at your own speed with our e-scooters and ride along the asparagus fields without the noise of engines.
The waypoints guide you to our asparagus farmers, where you can stop for a break and buy some delicious, fresh asparagus.
The route is 40 km long, and you will be offered an ice cream and meuledröpke on the way.
Visit the asparagus farmers
Between 1pm and 5pm, you can pay a small visit to some of our asparagus farmers. The asparagus farmers will give you a brief explanation:

Visit the Keijersmolen
During the asparagus season, everyone can visit the Keijersmolen in Molenbeersel free of charge on Wednesdays between 13:00 and 17:00. The miller will show you around his wind giant. If there is enough wind, he can even turn it.
